Support From Symphony

You can obtain product support directly from Symphony Information Services, the maker of Auction Central. The purchase cost includes support for initial setup. Additional support for training, trouble-shooting, event planning, and on-call event day support is available at $50 per hour.

Custom Programming

Is there an improvement you would like to see in Auction Central? A new report? A different way of searching? You can hire Symphony to make enhancements to application, which then become a permanent part of the software.

Symphony can also help you automate features outside the boundaries of Auction Central. For example, you may want assistance with formatting a custom report built in Excel using the data output from Auction Central.
